How Do I Remove Items from My ‘Continue Listening’ Area?

Step 1: Tap on the Library or For You tab at the bottom of the app screen.

Step 2: Scroll left in the Continue Listening carousel until you reach the end and tap on ‘Manage Listening Activity’.

Note: If you do not see this option, update the app to the most recent version. Go to the Empower You Unlimited Audio page on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and tap “update.”

Step 3: You can then tap on the trash can icon on any audio to remove it from your Continue Listening area. You can also choose to ‘Clear All’ if you want to remove all the audios at once.
