
Step 1. Go ahead and sign out of the App,
Step 2. Go ahead and sign back into the app.
Step 3. When signing back into the app do not let the email and password fields auto fill.
Step 4. Make sure when entering in the email it is the one associated with your subscription.
Step 5. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Step 6. Check that you are not on Airplane Mode.
If you are still having trouble, please proceed with steps below by checking if you are up to date on your device. If still having issues, please reply back with the answers to the questions below:
1. Please provide what kind of device is being used?
For iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- Go to the Settings Icon
- Click on Your Name
- Scroll down. You will find what kind of device you are using.
- For Android:
- Click on the settings Icon
- Click on About Phone
- You will find the kind of device next to Product Name
2. Please provide what Version of device you are on?
- For iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: (Requires iOS 18.0 or later)
- Go to the Settings Icon
- Click on General
- Click on About. There you will find the iOS version and latest update.
- For Android: (Requires 10 and up)
- Click on the settings Icon
- Click on About Phone
- Click on Software Information
- There you will see what Android version you are on.
3. What version of the App is being used?
- The version of the app can be found by:
- Click on the Empower You Audio Icon
- Logging into the App
- Click on "Account" which is located at the corner right bottom
- Then scroll all the way to the bottom. There you will see what version of the app you are on
