If you are unable to find the tracking email, you may find the tracking information for your order within your account on HayHouse.com please watch the quick tutorial video, and follow the steps provided below to find your order tracking:
Step 1: Log in to your Hay House account
Step 2: Navigate to Your Orders
Step 3: Find the Order in question and click on View Order to open it
Step 4: Click on the Order Shipments tab, where you can then see the tracking number, and you can click the Track this shipment button to be taken to the shipper's site
Important Note: Our warehouse only processes orders Monday-Thursday. Orders made Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
A UPS, USPS, or Canada Post tracking link will also be sent to the e-mail address that was provided when the order was purchased once it ships, and you can use the link in the email to track your order, or you can use the tracking number to track your shipment's progress at the appropriate shipping site below:
