Check your email
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox:
- Search for "Your Hay House Publishing Order has Shipped"
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
- Look for an email from: orders@hayhouse.com
Still can’t find it? No worries—you can also check your tracking directly from your Hay House account.
Find tracking in your Hay House account
Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account: Click here to log in
- Find your order: Go to your order history and click View Order next to the one you're tracking.
- Click the Order Shipments tab
- Select Track this shipment to go directly to the shipper’s website for the latest status
Note: During Semi Annual and Holiday physical product sales there could be a short delay in processing, please allow 5 days for the tracking to be provided.
