If you’ve received store credit from a return, promotion, or customer care adjustment, you can easily check your balance in your Hay House account. Here's how to view it.
Steps to view your store credit:
Go to HayHouse.com and click Account in the top right corner.
Log in using your email and password.
In your account dashboard, click Store Credit under the Your Profile section.
Your Store Credit Balance and History will appear
Important Notes:
Store credit can only be used on eligible physical and digital product purchases through HayHouse.com.

Store credit cannot be applied to:
Live events or event passes
eBooks
Mobile apps
Memberships (like Empower You Unlimited, Writer’s Community, or Card Deck Club)
Subscriptions
