If you have store credit available on your Hay House account, you can use it during checkout to pay for eligible items. This article walks you through how to apply your store credit on HayHouse.com.
Steps to use your store credit:
Log in to your account at HayHouse.com.
Add the items you want to your shopping cart.
Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to begin checkout.
On the Review & Payments screen, look for the option to Use Store Credit.
Click Use Store Credit to apply your available credit to your order.
Important Tips:
Store credit will only appear as a payment option if you're logged into the account it’s associated with.
You can view your current store credit balance by logging into your account and visiting your Dashboard.
Store credit cannot be used on subscriptions, memberships, or payment plan purchases.
If your store credit doesn’t cover the full amount, you’ll be asked to provide an additional payment method.
