Whether you need to check your subscription status, update your payment details, renew, or cancel your Heal Your Life+ Membership, you can do it all in just a few simple steps:

Log into your account:
- In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the user icon
- Click on "Account Dashboard" from the drop-down menu
- From the "Your Profile" menu on the left side of the screen, select "Memberships & Subscriptions"
- Under the Subscription title, you will see the price and last billed date.
- Under Actions, click the 3 dots, then you can click Change Credit Card or Cancel Subscription
- Follow on screen prompts to complete your request
Note: Once you update your credit card, it will be effective on the next cycle renewal. For cancellation, access will remain available until the renewal date. The Heal Your Life+ Membership is non-refundable.
If you do not see your current Membership, it may no longer be active, or past due. For assistance, click Submit Request in the top right corner.
