How to troubleshoot lessons showing incomplete?

1. Go to the Hay House Online Learning website: https://www.hayhouseu.com/
2. Click on Login
3. Enter your email address and password then click on the sign in button
4. Click on ''Your Courses''
5. Click on ''Continue Course''
6. Read the General Disclaimer then click on the ''Accept'' button.
7. Click on the lesson that needs completion.
8. Click on the Menu bar.
9. Click on the arrow going right until you get to the lesson summary.
10. Click on lesson summary.
11. Click on ''Revisit'' next to the video that needs completion.
12. Click towards the end on the time bar and let the video complete.
13. After the video completes it will automatically redirect to the next section of the lesson. You can then click on ''Dashboard''.
14. After clicking on Dashboard, you can then scroll to the lesson that was incomplete. You will now see that the lesson is marked at 100%.
