Below are some instructions to help you clear your web browser's Cookies/Cache to clean out any errors that are saved in the browser memory.
Google Chrome
Step 1: At the top-right of the page, click the Chrome menu icon , then click History.
Step 2: Click History again at the top of the drop-down.
Step 3: Click the Clear browsing data button, then select the amount of time to 'The End of Time' from the drop-down field.
Step 4: Select the Cached images and files check boxes, then click the Clear browsing data button.
Safari
Step 1: At the top of the page, click the Safari > Preferences > Advanced. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar check box (if not already selected).
Step 2: From the browser menu, click Develop > Empty Caches.
Firefox
Step 1: At the top right of the page, click the Tools menu icon , then select History from the list.
Step 2: Click Clear Recent History.
Step 3:From the Time range to clear drop down menu, select Everything.
Step 4: Click the arrow symbol next to Details to open a list of options.
Step 5: Un-check the boxes for Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Active Log-ins.
Step 6: Ensure that the box for Cache is checked.
Mobile Safari
Step 1: At the home screen, tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap Safari.
Step 3: Tap the button for Clear Cache.
Step 4: Tap Clear Cache again to confirm.
Chrome for Android
Step 1: Touch Chrome menu > Settings.
Step 2: Touch (Advanced) Privacy.
Step 3: Touch Clear browsing data.
