What if I never received my activation code?
Your activation code was sent to you via email after you purchased the program. Please check the email inbox of the correct email address used for purchase. You may also want to check your junk/spam folder, just in case.
What if I purchased the Documents kit/program a long time ago and I no longer have an activation code?
Please send Customer Care an email and we will be happy to get back to you with further instructions.
What is the refund policy on the Must Have Documents program?
The Must Have Documents program is refundable within 30 days of purchase.
