If you need a copy of your invoice or want to check the details of a recent purchase, you can find everything in your HayHouse.com account dashboard. Here's how to view and print your invoices.
Steps to view your order invoice:
Log in to your account
Go to: My Account Dashboard and sign in with your email and password.-
Go to “Recent Orders”
On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Recent Orders section.
Click View All to see your full order history, or View Order next to a specific order to see its details.
3. Access your invoice
Once inside the order details, click the “Invoices” tab.
From there, you can view, download, or print your invoice.
Helpful Tip:
Make sure you’re signed into the correct account used to place the order.
