Still no email? Try these steps:
1. Check your order history
If you created an account or were signed in when placing your order:
Visit hayhouse.com
Click “Account” in the top right corner
Log in using your email and password
Go to My Orders to see your recent purchases
If your order is listed there, you're all set!
2. Check for a pending charge
Look at your bank or credit card account for a charge from Hay House. A successful charge usually confirms that the order went through.
3. You might have entered the wrong email
If your confirmation didn’t arrive and you don’t see your order in your account, you might have entered a typo in your email during checkout. No worries—we can help with that!
