
Here's how to locate the status of your Empower You Unlimited Audio payment with Hay House.
1. Log in to your account. Link to Hay House Account Log in
2. From your account dashboard, select Memberships & Subscriptions tab
3. Here you'll have view of your Subscriptions and as part of the description there's the amount billed, frequency and last billing date. If your frequency is monthly then it'll bill on that same day each month, if it's yearly then it'll be on that day each year.
Additionally from this page you can update your payment (credit card) details and manage your subscription (cancel) by
Select Actions icon . . . next to your Empower You Unlimited Audio subscription.
To update payment details , select Change Credit Card and fill out the new payment details.
To Cancel the subscription, select Cancel from the dropdown selections and confirmation prompt will pop up, click OK to finalize.
