Whether you need to check your subscription status, update your payment details, renew, or cancel your Writer's Community Membership, you can do it all in just a few simple steps:
To check when you subscription will expire

Go to https://www.hayhousewriterscommunity.com/login and Sign in using your email and password.

Click on your account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Go to Settings in the dropdown this will take you to your Account Information

From the selections below Account Information select Purchase History.
Purchase on date will provide the renewal day for each month or year.
Note this is the same area where you can Manage Your Subscription (cancel).
To Update Your Payment (Credit Card) details
- Follow steps 1-3
- From the selections below Account Information select Billing.
- Select the action . . . next to the card you'd like to update or change
- Select update card
- Fill in your Name on Card, Credit Card Number and Zip/Postal Code and Select Update Card.
