Physical products (such as books, card decks, calendars, and journals) purchased from Hay House can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a full product refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange,

2. Select Order(s) as the reason for your request

3. In the description include your original order number, product title, and the reason for your return or exchange.

Please note: We do not accept partial returns on bundled or specially packaged items.

Once your request is received, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Author event/lecture passes purchased through Hay House are non-refundable.

Virtual event tickets purchased through Hay House are non-refundable

Online courses purchased from Hay House or HayHouseU.com have a 60 day money back guarantee, no refunds will be offered after 60 days. Audio downloads and online videos purchased from Hay House have a 30 day money back guarantee, no refunds will be offered after 30 days. Once processed you’ll receive confirmation of the refund.
