To learn how to update your shipping address details for your Card Deck Club Subscription please watch the short video tutorial or follow the steps listed below:
*Please note: The change will take effect from your next billing date.
Step 1: Log into your Hay House account here
Step 2: In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the user icon
Step 3: Click on "Account Dashboard" from the drop-down menu
Step 4: From the "Your Profile" menu on the left side of the screen, click "Memberships & Subscriptions"
Step 5: Click the "..." next to the subscription you would like to change
Step 6: Click Change shipping details from the small menu that pops up
Step 7: You can then select an address already stored within your address book or choose to add a new address
Step 8: If you choose New Address enter in the new shipping information in the fields as shown in the screenshot and click the "Ship Here" button below the address to save it
Step 9: Click Next
Step 10: Click "I have read and acknowledged the Terms of Use*"
Step 11: Click the Update Subscription button to confirm your changes
The new shipping address information will then be applied to the shipment of the specified subscription for the next quarterly renewal.
