1. Should I Receive A Certificate For My Course?
Not all Hay House online courses offer a certificate upon completion as not all courses are considered "Certified". You can tell the courses that are certified as they will have "Certified" in their title or cover as in the examples below.
Please note that our Hay House online course are not valid for CEU's ( continuing education units), meaning they cannot be used towards licensing purposes.

2. Can I Download My Online Course Material?
Unfortunately the materials for Online Courses cannot be downloaded. Many courses contain 40-50 hours of video content and the amount of data is simply to large to reasonably download. This is also due to propriety issues to prevent course content from being posted on YouTube or various social media platforms. However once you have purchased an Online Course you will always have access to it so you can complete the course whenever you have the required internet connection.
3. Does My Online Course Ever Expire?
Your Online Courses will never expire. Once a course is activated you will have lifetime access to in your account so there is never a specific amount of time you must complete it. You are free to complete courses at your own pace and retake them as many time as you'd like.
4. Why Is The Next Lesson Of My Course Locked?
Courses are set on an automatic timer which unlocks the next lesson every 7 days. This format is at the request of the Authors so that participants can fully "digest" the content of each topic covered before moving on to the next.
5. How Can I Tell How Much Of The Course I've Completed?
Your Course Dashboard will have a list of the lessons in the course to be completed. Under the lesson title you can view what percent of the lesson you have currently completed
6. What Is The Course Refund Policy?
Online courses purchased from Hay House or HayHouseU.com have a 60-day money back guarantee, no refunds will be offered after 60 days. Contact Customer Care by email email@example.com or phone 1-800-654-5126 with your original order number, full name, description of product and reason for return. Once processed you’ll receive confirmation of the refund.
7. How Do I Cancel A Payment Plan?
Navigate directly to Your Account Dashboard and sign-in. Click on "Payment Plans" from the menu on the left and follow the prompts to cancel your current payment plan.
8. Is There Closed Captioning (CC) in the course videos?
We've recently updated our latest courses to include closed captioning with our videos but are still in the process of adding them to some older courses. If you would like to see if a specific course has closed captioning, please contact our Customer Care Department.
