How Do I Reset My Account Password?

Please follow the steps below to reset your password:

Step 1: Navigate to one of the following sites:

For US & Canada customers www.HayHouse.com

For UK & EU customers www.HayHouse.co.uk

For Australia customers www.HayHouse.com.au

Step 2: Click on "Account" in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the User icon in the upper left corner of any page

Step 3: From the Customer Login page, click the “Forgot Your Password” link

Step 4: Enter the email address your Hay House account is associated with and click “Reset My Password”

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation message that you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.  

After a few moments you will receive an email containing a link allowing you to reset your password. The link will be active for two hours so be sure to click on it and establish a new password before it expires.

If you're not able to successfully reset your password within the two hour widow you can simply repeat the steps and send yourself a new link.

These emails love to get caught by junk/spam folders (we don't take it personally) so please be sure to check there.

Please ensure your new password meets our Password Requirements:

Must contain 8 characters
Passwords must contain at least one:
Upper Case Letter
Lower Case Letter
A Number
A Symbol Or Special Character
