Is there Closed Captioning available for the videos?
Yes, we are committed to making our content accessible to all learners. Closed captions are available for many of our videos (there may be a delay with some new content before they are loaded), providing text-based transcripts of the audio content. We are continuously working to expand our closed captioning coverage to ensure an inclusive learning experience for all our members.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by going to the Customer Portal inside the membership platform and tapping on Cancel Plan. You will continue to have access until the end of that billing period. We do not offer partial refunds.
