The most common reason that users do not receive their monthly e-mail would be because it gets delivered to their spam/junk folder.
To prevent this from happening, add our e-mail to your e-mail's address book:

You can redeem your course, view your monthly videos/audios under Wisdom Community Benefits:
I've gotten an e-mail from Hay House asking me to update my payment method after just recently updating it. Do I need to update it again?
No. These e-mails are automated, if you have recently updated your payment method, you will not need to do so again.
Will the free courses I picked throughout my enrollment go away If I cancel my membership?
The free courses you've redeemed as a member will stay on your account even if you cancel your membership. There is no penalty for canceling your membership.
Do I need to manually pay for my membership every time it expires?
No. Your memberships will automatically renew using the payment method you provided.
