RECEIVING YOUR BENEFITS
How do I access my membership account and view my benefits?
Login to your Hay House account using your email address and password. Click on Wisdom Community at the top right corner of the page. Once you’re signed in you can scroll down to access all of your benefits.
How do I redeem my benefits?
While you’re on your membership page you can click on the Membership manual for detailed instructions on how to access your monthly benefits
How do I redeem my Monthly Reward
Each reward requires different steps. Please ensure that you’re adding the proper Priority Code at checkout –when applicable.
When are new benefits added into my account?
• Your new course is added on the first Wednesday of the month.
• New Monthly Rewards (when applicable) are added on the second Wednesday of the month.
• New videos streams are added on the Wednesday of the month.
• Your new audio for the month is added every fourth Wednesday of the month.
What day will my Newsletter arrive?
You will receive your weekly Newsletter on Wednesday after 10:00am PST. Check your subscription preferences to ensure you will receive your Newsletter. You should have (one) country marked.
Where can I find my Exclusive Wisdom Community Concierge Phone Number?

I can’t REDEEM my free course.
If you’ve already redeemed the course or if you already own the course you will not be able to add it again. If you're still having trouble redeeming your course, please contact Customer Care
Once you redeem the course it is automatically added into your account under www.hayhouseu.com Sign into your account and click 'Your Courses' under the dashboard.
I’m getting an error code when I enter my Priority Code.
If your code is invalid or not working, you will see this message:
ERROR: Coupon code is not valid
• Check start and end dates – Codes will not be accepted until the start date of the promotion. Codes will not be accepted after 11:59 PM PST on the end date of the promotion. See coupon disclaimer
• Invalid Code – If the code was retrieved from a third party website, it may have been listed incorrectly or posted after the expiration date.
• One-time Use Only – Some codes may only be used once. Please verify the terms in the coupon disclaimer.
• Not Signed Into Your Account – In order for your code to apply you must be an active Platinum Member and signed into your account.
• More Than One Item in Your Cart – Make sure that you’re only completing your purchase with the one reward/item in your account.
• Exceeds Value – Make sure that the item you’re trying to redeem is at or under the displayed value (if applicable).
I’m trying to watch my monthly video but I’m just getting a black screen.
All of our videos work best while using Google Chrome as your internet browser. Online videos are not downloadable and can only be watched using our website on an active internet connection. Check my online settings: https://www.hayhouse.com/update-chrome-settings/
How do I download the audio?
Click on the audio you’re interested in and select ACCESS HERE. Once audio starts playing, click on the download button and the audio will automatically start downloading to your device. Android users can follow these steps from their device https://hhemarketing.com/memberships/wisdom_community/docs/How-to-Download-Audio.pdf iPhone users will need to login using a MAC desktop or computer.
I missed the opportunity to select my free course, what can I do?
Once the new course is available you can no longer access the previous months course. Please contact Customer Care if you have any questions.
What should I do if I can't log into my Membership Page?

How can I check my expiration date?

How can I reset my password?
To reset your password: 1) Go to Account Information: https://www.hayhouse.com/customer/account/edit/ (you will be prompted to sign in) 2) Enter your current password in the appropriate box 3) Enter your desired password in the new password box and hit SAVE
All Wisdom Community Memberships are good for one consecutive year.
